The number of households in the study area in 1990 was 13,550 and changed to 15,135 in 2000, representing a change of 12%. The household count in 2003 was 15,827 and the household projection for 2008 is 16,991, a change of 7%. The population in the study area in 1990 was 34,015 and in 2000 it was 36,195, roughly a 6% change. The population in 2003 was 37,516 and the projection for 2008 is 39,754 representing a change of 6%.
There was twice the percentage increase in new households as in population.
