Todd Clarke, a long time agent, was recently promoted to senior instructor for the New Mexico Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
He will be an instructor for one of the four courses planned by the chapter during the year including and introduction to the commercial real estate, investment analysis and financial analysis.
Clarke has accumulated an extensive background in the realty profession. An associate with Grubb & Ellis/Lewinger Hamilton, he was the first president of the Commercial Association of Realtors/New Mexico.
Todd served in that role while he was presiding as president of the CCIM chapter. During his career, he has been involved in numerous commercial real estate activities. His latest one reaches across the Atlantic to Europe.
Todd is the group's national ambassador to Poland.
The CCIM organization had a new set of officers, approved by acclamation for 2000.
Trudy Jones, Grubb & Ellis/Lewinger Hamilton, is the president. Brad Allen, Roger Cox and Associates, is the vice-president, and Mark Bates, Bates Commercial Realty is president elect.
Ruth Ann Firestone, First State Bank, has the duties of secretary-treasurer.
