Since the inception of the Downtown 2010 Plan in 2000, Downtown Albuquerque has undergone dramatic revitalization.  The addition of the 14 screen movie theater, Flying Star Restaurant, new retail, and lofts that sell between $175 to $350/sf have led the Albuquerque real estate markets in appreciation and rent levels.
